The following shipping conditions apply.

Germany and the European Union

We offer free standard shipping within Germany and to all member states of the European Union.

Countries outside the European Union

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout and displayed before the order is completed.

For shipments outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply. These charges are neither calculated nor covered by Feinblatt and must be paid directly by the customer to the relevant customs or tax authorities in the destination country.

The delivery period begins once full payment has been received.

Returns

Your satisfaction is very important to us.

If an item does not meet your expectations, we will be happy to assist you with the return process.

For returns from countries within the European Union, we provide a prepaid return shipping label free of charge.

For returns from countries outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product has a material, manufacturing or production defect.

If we have delivered an incorrect, damaged or defective item, we will cover all return shipping costs regardless of the destination country.
