Refund and Return Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase and return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, clean, undamaged, in their original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
As our designer silk scarves are made from premium natural materials, we kindly ask you to handle them with care and use them for fitting purposes only. Returns of items showing signs of wear, stains, damage, perfume, cosmetics or smoke odours may be refused if the item can no longer be resold, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

After your request has been received, you will receive detailed return instructions together with all necessary shipping information.
3. Return Shipping Costs
For returns from countries within the European Union, we provide a prepaid return shipping label free of charge.
For returns from countries outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product has a material, manufacturing or production defect.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, we will cover all return shipping costs regardless of the destination country.
4. Refunds
Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within up to seven business days.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase.
Fees charged by banks, payment providers or currency exchange differences beyond our control cannot be refunded.
5. Exchanges
Direct exchanges are possible after prior consultation with our customer service, subject to product availability.
Alternatively, we recommend returning the original item in accordance with this Return Policy and placing a new order.
6. Items Excluded from Returns
The following items cannot be returned:
- custom-made or personalised products;
- products manufactured according to customer specifications;
- items that are no longer in their original condition or show signs of use.
Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected in the event of material or manufacturing defects.
7. International Returns
For returns from countries outside the European Union, we recommend using an insured shipping service with tracking.
Any customs duties, import charges or other fees incurred during the return shipment are the responsibility of the sender unless the return is due to a defect for which Feinblatt is responsible.
